      This Tenth Edition has been thoroughly revised by introducing several new chapters and elaborating the existing chapters with additional sections, data and details.

       The chapter on ‘Tenth Five-year plan ‘ has been completely revamped , by incorporating new and recent data available, similarly, the chapter on ‘Budgents, has been extensively death with by elaborating all aspects of the budget , besides dealing with public Debt policy of the Government and extent of liabilities of Government of India and other connected details.
