Preface to Sixth Edition
Revising any textbook is a daunting task, since the authors have to consider the feedback they received from the teachers and students and incorporate the same in the revised edition of the textbook.
Changes which users of the fourth edition will observe include
- The chapter on Digital Signal Processors in completely revised with additional programs.
- New MATLAB programs are included.
- An appendix on Scilab Programs is included.
- Additional Solved Problems are included.
I hope this edition of the book will help the students to gain a thorough knowledge in the subject. I sincerely thank the students and teachers who gave me valuable suggestions which helped me to bring the textbook in this form.
