About Book:

        The response to the first edition of my book titled ‘Human Resource Management’ has been excellent. This has really encouraged me to bring out this second revised edition.

        Two new Chapters, one titled “ Industrial Disputes”  and the other titled “Workers’ Participation in Management” have been added to the present edition

        The addition of the two new Chapters, I hope, would further enhance the utility value of the book.

        The author takes the opportunity to thank the student community and the teaching fraternity for the continued support of  his book.
