We take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to the academic community for the continuous support extended to our book Management Accounting.
The current edition is taken as an opportunity to strengthen the Exercises at the end of each chapter-
- Deleting some “repetitive” or “Not so popular” problems.
- Adding several “Novel” or “Popular” problems from recent questions papers of B.Com., BCS, BBA, M.Com,MBA etc examinations of Madras and other Universities.
The following are the other importantfeatures of the book
(a) Theory questions in each chapter are reframed into two categories-Short answer questions and long answer questions.
(b) Objective Type Questions comprising Multiple Choice, Fill in the blanks and True or False are introduced at the end of each chapter
(c)Problems under ‘exercises’ are divided into short answer problems and other exercises.
We hope that the effort made by us to “update” the exercises in consonance with the trend of university question papers will be beneficial to the Student Community and Professors teaching the subject in various Universities.
