About Book:

     This text book has been written as per the latest syllabus of Anna University. The main aim of this book is to provide basic concepts of Power semiconductor devices, Single phase controlled rectifires, Three phase controlled rectifires, DC choppers, Inverters, AC-Ac converters, Control circuits and Applications in a simple short questions and answers to get complete knowledge of the subject.
