- About Book:
Due to a very encouraging response to the first edition of the book published in 2004, the repent was brought out in the same year.
In view of the support extended by the students and the teaching fraternity, the author feels encouraged to bring out the second revised edition of the book.
Two Chapters, one titled “Wage and salary Administration’ and the other titled ‘ Incentives’ have been included in the present edition. The author is sure that this would increase the utility value of the book.
The author thanks the university of Madras for recommending the book to the B.Com. degree Course.
