About Book:

Wireless Networks in their curriculum and this book is written as per the latest syllabus of Anna University. The basic aim of this book is to easily understand the various concepts, terminology and technology used in the Wireless Networks Field.

This book consists of 5 units as follows:

UNIT 1: Deals with the introduction to WLAN technologies and various protocols and its architecture. It also describes the features and performance of Bluetooth.

UNIT 2: Illustrate various functions of mobile network layer and advanced technology for future network development

UNIT 3: Describes functions of transport layer and its various protocols, various TCP classical improvements.

UNIT 4: Provides various wireless wide area network concepts and their operational methods and different kinds of radio access network.

UNIT 5: Addresses the various features and challenges of 4G networks.

Finally this book contains the Model Question Paper with key answers and unit wise two mark questions and answers and also important review questions.
